Note: You cannot connect a sensor that is charging or has a drained battery and is not blinking. The sensor must blink blue and another color to connect to the app.

Important: The app must be allowed to run in the background on your phone. Otherwise, it cannot receive data from the sensor or store it in the cloud when you turn off the screen or open another app.
