General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Sensor Products by HAVS Protect (We Protect AB)

1. General

These terms apply to all sales of products by We Protect AB (“Seller”) to business and private customers (“Buyer”), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders

Orders may be placed via webshop, email, partner/reseller, or contract. An order is binding once confirmed by the Seller.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated excluding VAT.
• Payment is made by invoice, card, or other agreed method.
• In case of late payment, interest will be charged according to the Swedish Interest Act.

4. Delivery

• Delivery takes place according to the agreed delivery method.
• Shipping costs apply unless otherwise stated.
• Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Warranty

• Products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Returns and Complaints

• Defective goods must be reported without undue delay.
• Approved returns shall be sent in original packaging where possible.
