• The sensor will not save data to the cloud (Copyl) unless the app is launched on your mobile, and the sensor is connected to the mobile phone.
• You cannot use Apple's feature to hide the email address if you want your supervisor to see your data. If you have an email address, use the one provided by your company.

The sensor communicates with Bluetooth Low Energy, which means that the distance between the mobile and the sensor must not be more than 10 meters in clear view.

What happens if the sensor is not connected to the app?

The sensor saves all vibrations, even if it is not constantly connected to an app. But for the data to be sent to the cloud and reporting tools and alarms, the sensor must be connected to the app.

Example:

• At 07:00 the app connects the sensor. The phone is left in the car so the sensor loses contact after 10 meters.
• At 10:00, the phone is picked up and the app will try to self-heal the connection. If it succeeds, the vibration data is sent over from the sensor and saved in the cloud. But this means that the entire morning's total vibration score is recorded at 10:00. If it is above the score threshold, all alarms are sent simultaneously at 10:00.

You need to allow the app to run in the background on your phone. Otherwise, when you turn off the screen or open another app, the app cannot get data from the sensor and store in the cloud.
